Ww2 Rinderberg middle station Eggweid - Zweisimmen

The winter hike starts at the Eggweid middle station, which offers a magnificent panoramic view over Zweisimmen. From there, the well-groomed trail leads steadily downhill via Fang and Alteried to the village of Zweisimmen. Despite its classification as ‘easy’, the route is considered somewhat challenging as it involves a descent of around 500 metres. The trail is family-friendly, offers great views and provides opportunities to stop for refreshments at the restaurant Fang or, at the end, at the Lothar Bar.
