Planned start of the season on 20 November 2026

Excitement is growing: provided snow and weather conditions allow, the Gstaad mountain railways will kick off the winter season on 20 November. The Saanersloch area will be the first to open, followed by Horneggli on 21 November. From 5 December, La Videmanette will be open at weekends. Rinderberg and Lengebrand-Parwengesattel will follow on 18 December, before the entire network becomes available on 19 December with the opening of the Eggli-La Videmanette area.

New this winter: the Wispile will be open daily between Christmas and New Year, and from 4 January to 28 February, Thursday to Sunday.

All opening dates are provisional and subject to snow and weather conditions. You can find up-to-date information on open lifts and slopes at any time under Live Info.
