Guest Survey – Summer 2026

The guest survey has been a great success and is now entering the next round. Following more than 1,400 responses this winter, we are pleased to now conduct the survey during the summer season as well. Your feedback has shown how valuable direct input from guests is – and this is exactly what we want to build on.

QR codes are placed at various locations throughout the entire area during summer operations. A simple scan takes you directly to the survey – quick and easy to complete in just a few minutes, with no registration required.

For us, the guest survey is not a one-time initiative but a key part of our quality strategy. Every response contributes to our ongoing development, helping us to continuously improve the mountain experience for all guests. We look forward to your feedback!
