Guest survey analysed: Thank you!

Over the course of this winter, we conducted a guest survey across our entire area. We were very pleased with the level of participation: more than 1,400 responses were received, of which over 1,000 were fully completed and could be analysed in depth.

Every response, every comment and every rating provides us with valuable insights into what our guests appreciate and where we can continue to improve. The key message from the evaluation is positive, which fills us with both joy and gratitude.

Such feedback is an important part of our ongoing development. It helps us to continuously enhance the mountain experience for you and for all future guests. We take your feedback seriously and use it in a targeted way. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part.
